[Cog 3345] Play counter

Describe
I noted the following two things about the play count:

• I sorted my library against it and it doesn't seem to update, while playing and even after restarting Cog. When I sort the library against another index, it increments correctly.
• The counter seems to be against the song title (maybe in combination with other properties), not against the file themselves: I have songs with same titles (eg coming from compilation / anthology / live records) and they seem to share the same counter.

I'm a bit sad about this because I'd like to use this counter to occasionally listen to the songs I heard the least.

Expected behavior
Counter should increase each time a song is played (till the end?), song with same title should increment separately.
I could understand that when the play count is used as index, it is not updated live. But I would welcome that the index uses a frozen copy instead and the count still updates... and I could somehow force a refresh of the index manually (reopen Cog, ask to sort again).
