More debug information in general (especailly for failing tests)

• DVSim config
• Seeds for failing tests so they can be reproduced locally
• Logs per test
• Full tool version for reproducibility
• Tool command ran (i.e. JobSpec)

Even more than the seed, I'd say that we need the full DVSim command as we may have used some specific arguments, like special defines or some SV plusargs for example.
