Server to Connect to Labrad/Moku:Go

Need a module to allow the PID module to be run on a Moku:Go or Labjack API. For Labjack use a "robot class" like we used in 15BL to connect to Labjack and take data. For Moku:Go a moku_connect.py file should be defined that inherits from PID module and connects to the Moku:Go.

Need to see how much of the Jayich Lab stabilization_server.py I can repurpose to run this on Labrad servers.
