Adding RealTimePlotter Applet For Moku:Go/Labjack

Need code to plot the data taken by the Moku:Go/Labjack in real time and save it for later so that a static plot can be generated after the experiment. One idea is to use the jax module from the Jayich lab code and inherit from that, might be too high level because of server connections etc...

Need to figure out artiq and jax dependencies for jax applets so I can incorporate this into the moku_controller.py. Best to create new applet that generates the plot and base it off of graph_pmt.py and then import that into moku_controller.py. I can probably get away with ignoring all the Labrad stuff but I need to make sure all dependencies are satisfied so that I can integrate it with pydux when the time comes.
