Can only see user folder on 1.6.3

Describe the bug
I cannot select network folders or drives. I can only see the contents of C:\Users\username

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Power BI and click External tools > Report Analyzer. Report Analyzer 1.6.3 opens.
2. Click on File > Select Folder.... On the window that opens, the only folder available is C:\Users\username

Expected behavior
I expected to be able to navigate to network mapped drives via This PC as in version 1.6.2.
