Release contains non-standard k8s Ressource

The release v0.6.0 contains non-standard Ressource "monitoring.coreos.com/v1". I think this artifact relates to openshift and causes error output on a console when installing yamls to k8s. I recommend removing it from the standard setup because it is confusing.

This is a resource from the Prometheus Operator IIRC. Do you mind sending a PR? It should be an easy fix. We can provide this resource in a separate file in the next release.
