How do you make the game controller diagrams?

They are pretty awesome. I'm actually surprised that there are innumerous existing manuals for all kinds of came controllers yet there aren't clearly usable diagrams on the web. 

There's lacking side-views and such, so that's why I'm asking about it.

I'll just be using this for personal purposes, though.
