Try to evaluate rhythm clarity

Based on the beat and tempo detection, we could try evaluating the rhythm clarity for songs automatically. Basically, for each beat, see how different it is compared to its immediate neighborhood; if the beat is true, add to score, if it is a false positive, subtract from score.
