Wrap With / Surround With with SCSS Files #250

Wrap With / Surround With (CTRL+ALT+W) with VS2015 update 3 and WE2015 works fine in .cshtml files but not in .scss files. Any setting that we can change to make that happen? We keep trying to use the shortcut in .scss files (as we use it constantly in cshtml files) and all it does is open the Window menu! Talk about a productivity killer! If no setting we can change to allow it, how about adding it to Web Essentials for for sass files?
