Add link to npm module page / linkify dependent module count

This is kind of a two-parter feature request:

Right now there's no easy way to get to more detailed information about a module. Having a link of some kind (a text link or even an npm logo icon link) to the module's npmjs.org url might be helpful here.

Also it would be helpful to have a way to easily and quickly see the dependents for the module. The dependent count that is already shown could also be a link that when clicked would pop-up a list of linked module names or maybe just hover over the count to bring up the pop-up? I dunno, but being able to actually see the dependents and to access those modules would be very handy.
