[Suggestion] Add logger?

Perhaps it could be an idea to add a logger to the project for debugging. Currently, you can not even get to the boot picker on certain hardware. A debug log could help pinpoint certain issues on various platforms.

It would certainly help, the question is where you'd put it. I believe you can log data to the TPM nowadays.

What about the ESP? This is an approach the OpenCore bootloader uses, for example.
