Can't boot

When I boot it just gives me a blue screen with error code INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

steps I took:
1.installed windows the normal way
2.Installed winbtrfs driver
3.Disabled hibernation using powercfg -h off
4.Used NTFS2BTRFS from a sperated Linux iso
5.Used quibble bootloader in /dev/nvme0n1p1

Hardware info:
LAPTOP: HP 15 DW-3049NE
RAM: 8GB DDR4
STORAGE: M.2 SSD 256GB
CPU: INTEL CORE I3 11GEN (1115G4)
GPU: INTEL UHD G4

Software info:
WINDOWS 10 21H2 LTSC

well sadly even after compiling the proposed-fix by @sopyb and trying it just gives the same error sadly

That's not an error, that's just a peculiarity of how Windows works

Can you check if you have a file C:\Hiberfil.sys or C:\Windows\Hiberfil.sys? If you do back it up (just in case) and delete it from the disk. It's looking like windows is trying to resume from hibernate.

If you have the file it might also mean you might've ran powercfg -h off in a non-admin cmd/ps instance

now an idea, how painful it might be, try using an earlier version of windows 10. instead of LTSC 2021. could you try the Windows 10 2019 version?

I haven't tried myself, but since the build number it's based on is the same (or maybe even earlier then the example that they showed on the first page, it should boot.

For safety, don't run windows update before trying, after install, since it i have heard that it might be a windows update that caused the beginning of blue-screens that no one understands.

And yes it has extended support until the beginning of 2029, so it is covered on that front.

sorry for the late reply... but my drivers just work starting of 20h2 ... 19h2 not reading nvme drivers sadly
