Allow infrastructure deployment in homemade hardware #13
Description
What would you like Mairror to be able to do?
I would like to be able to deploy Mairror in cheap/homemade hardware, i.e Raspberry Pi 4B (arm64v8)
If you have any ideas on how this should be implemented, please tell us here.
Tasks to be done
- Define a network configuration
- Use Packer and Ansible/Cloud init to generate SD-Card ready Master and Node images
- Server configuration
- Server hardening
- Kubernetes installation
- Evaluate the possibility of PXE boot (Raspberry boards' eeprom)
- Create a CI/CD pipeline for ARM image generation
- A possibility is having a runner in the development machine that can access the Raspberry network to perform headless and unsupervised installation
