Unable to Add Item in HTMX To-Do List #1

Hi,
I have installed your demos/todo-app on my server. You can see it at https://glug4muz.org/htmx/todo/. When I am trying to add an item then in the browser console I am getting the error message htmx:targetError. Can you please help me in fixing this issue? In index.php the value of hx-target is '#todo-list' and in the same file there is a div tag with id='todo-list'. But still it is generating the error htmx:targetError. Can you please help me in fixing this error?
