Everything reverts on Packaging - Cant Change Character etc #4

When working inside of the engine, the level and the character we have built work just fine. However, upon exporting/packaging it always
references GameInstanceClass=/Script/MakeLiveMultiplayer.OnlineGameInstance in the DefaultEngine.ini and loads the standard manniquin. How/where can we change what player character is used in this class? As it seems to be hardcoded to reference the defaultpawn.
