New Documentation

Hi @pelikhan @jamesadevine @jrthompson33 @venkateshpotluri,

I've created a bunch of new documentation to help with use of the tool. I also gave it a temporary name -- PSST (Physical computing Streaming Sonification Toolkit).

You can view most of the new documentation in the README (bottom half of the home page https://github.com/make4all/sonification)

I also generated documentation using typedoc, which is available by clicking on the links or going to https://make4all.github.io/sonification/modules.html
