Accessing non-singleton VCF or BED for whole sample #56

Is there a way to download a VCF (or BED) with all the samples, but not with all sites, just with sites that have a polymorphism? It does seem like these files would be much smaller, especially if they only have the GT format. Also, it seems like the consortium would have had to have a file like this to run programs like SHAPEIT.
