problems processing the GIDS dataset

Hello, following your instructions to process the data, I found the following in the case of GIDS:

1. The format varies between Riedel and GIDS dataset (resulted in a post)
2. There are entities that do not appear in entity_type (GIDS)
3. It falls into an infinite loop in one of the parts of generate_pickle.pkl
4. There are null values (None) in core -> sentences.
