gzip: stdin: not in gzip format

I tried to unzip one of the files using the command tar xvzf camflow-attack-0.gz.tar, but I get a gzip: stdin: not in gzip format error.
I've also checked the file type using the file camflow-attack-0.gz.tar command but it returned that the file type is ASCII text.
I've also tried redownloading the files but I encounter the same errors.
