Description
Background
Issue #25 introduced DeviceNoiseModel with pre-configured models for IonQ Aria, IQM Garnet, and Rigetti Ankaa. However, the current parameters are approximate estimates based on general knowledge of each technology type, not verified against actual published specifications.
Current (Unverified) Parameters
