Multiple URLs are not supported by Validator.Redirect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Added multiple validators in regex like 
Validator.Redirect=^\\/test1.*$|^\\/test2.*$
2.Send a url with test2 as a parameter in it for Validation using 
new SecurityWrapperResponse(response).sendRedirect(URlToRedirect);

Here URlToRedirect contains 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should redirect the user to the specified URL. instead it thows IOException

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? version 
esapi.2.1.0 OS Windows(Dev) / Linux ( Deploy )

Does this issue affect only a specified browser or set of browsers?
all browsers
