Invalid Locality `Sydney 1036 NSW`

The locality Sydney 1036 NSW is present in the json dataset, but that postcode isn't real according to Auspost.
Should I just make a PR editing all of the formats to remove it?
Or is there a different approach you would rather?

In fact there are about 149 Sydney entries which is not correct at all!

Actually we are both wrong and it says so here: https://www.matthewproctor.com/australian_postcodes
Those weird postcodes are for LVRs (Large Volume Receiver) and PO Boxes. Just filter by the type field for "Delivery Area"

Auspost certainly does not like it, which is why I raised this.

Interesting. I'll look into this further. It's not in their API, but are in their internal DB according to a AusPost staff member that reached out.
