Calendars: Ability to select which calendars to expose to tools

It would be great to be able to select which calendars are exposed to the calendar tools, as I have many calendars set up (coworkers, informational, holidays etc) and it would help if I can select which of these are actually exposed in calls, as the firehose of events is not super useful at this time.

@chendo Great suggestion! There are a few features like this that require some additional UI, so I should be able to build this functionality out as part of that larger effort.

@mattt have you thought about making iMCP into a swift package so other apps can use it? I'd integrate it into my app right away if it was a library.
