Route Testing Pipeline Setup #4

Title. Making a CI/CD pipeline that tests some basic output queries to make sure nothing blows up when we push API changes. Not super high priority, but nice as more people work on the backend over time. Wouldn't be the worst idea to make a "mock" MagicBus API server to go along with it, but this would take a good chunk of time.
