capitalize "Dynamics" in page title

#10 updated the page titles, but "dynamics" needs to be capitalized since it's part of a proper name: Rank Dynamics.

I'm noticing for the other blogs that only the first word is capitalized in the page title. It would be fine to make every word capitalized, although even better to follow the capitalization of the blog title.

This is very low priority.
