add search to each blog

This wasn't much of a problem previously, but the Rank Dynamics blog is very long. It would be nice to have blog-specific search on the home page of each blog. A search bar that could retrieve the matching posts would be great. A quick Google indicates that there are quite a few options, but something easy and lightweight would be great. I'd love to hear any suggestions prior to implementation.

@mdcramer, I think we could use fuse js. I use it in one of my Hugo themes, the demo is in the readme. I think it could be applied to a jekyll website.

@onweru , that looks like a good option. Apparently it's what https://www.richardkotze.com/coding/search-posts-jekyll-blog used. His website also has a two column format (like my blog) so I like how he put the search bar on the left and then when you enter keywords the results appear on the right.

I'm thinking that when you enter a blog it'd be cool to have the bar appear at the top of the left-hand column. Keywords would then search that specific blog. If that's a pain then searching everything would be fine, too. Anyway, then the matching posts would appear on the right.

This is low priority, but what do you think?
