Incorporate notable env vars into attributes #603
Description
Following #602 we have some notable env vars that could more accurately inform some downstream attributes.
- is_ci_environment can incorporate the CI env var flag
- github details can be parsed out to the execution level
- potentially use codespaces name as flag for our demo vs the project dir hash
- explore using github details to flag ephemeral project IDs
