Singer guild metrics - SDK variants on the hub #663

Relies on #662. Is a follow on from #624
We should add some charts that show the breakdown of plugins and variants based on whether theyre built on the SDK or not. This would make it easy to say "50% of plugins have and SDK variant and 40% have an SDK variant as default". We could also use it as a tool to find gaps where no SDK variant exists or where the SDK variant should be moved to default.
