On the performance of the extension

We have known that there is a performance problem with the extension, and we have made some improvements to make a better user experience.

Now I am working on improving overall performance of the extension. Especially, request handlers and browser API usage are checked and modified.

• Cache internal values where possible.
• Reduce unimportant operations.
• Reduce I/O and use batch operations where possible.

We want to make improvements available to the users as soon as possible, so we are making releases in a rapid manner.
