Beer tie - additional votes? #3
Description
In case of a beer tie there needs to be a re-vote. However if someone puts all of their +ve votes into the original vote leading up to a beer tie, they can no longer participate in the "revote".
Does everyone get +1 vote? Otherwise, there is a possibility that there could be a deadlock scenario where everyone is left with 0 +ve votes going into a revote
