Dual server deployment

It would be extremely useful to have multiple instances of the message carrier server running. For example, the current trunk and the toronto branch. This would allow us to debug things separately.

Does running on different ports work for you?

How does one start the toronto branch?

Different ports would be fine. And the startup should be precisely the same -- you'd just need to check out the toronto branch rather than the trunk.
