Hi there -

I understand that your intension with this project is that other can use your work in private and commercial projects.

The problem is that you don't have any licensing information check in which basically means that nobody can do this safely.

I also understand that this project contains code from https://github.com/npgsql/npgsql.

So maybe you would consider just having a LICENSE file that acknowledges their license and put this repo under the same license.
