I encountered an issue in the grow workflow and I'm not sure how to resolve it

Thank you for developing this useful tool! I have tried constructing sample-specific species-level community models using both the build function and custom scripts, without any warnings. However, I consistently encounter the same error during the Grow analysis. I used species abundances from MetaPhlAn and model files from AGORA2. I’m not sure where the problem occurs. Hi, so it's likely because of the colon (:) in the Reaction ID. But checking the B. adolescentis model in AGORA2 it does not contain a reaction "ATPS10:3". Was that added by you? Or can you give me some more info where you got the models from?
