Environmental growth media for UHGG

Hi everyone 👋

I’ve been working with UHGG metabolic reconstructions and would like to perform growth simulations with MICOM similar to what can be done with AGORA models using VMH diets (e.g., Western, Vegan, Vegetarian). However, I’ve only found diet/media definitions for AGORA/AGORA2 or CARVEME models — not for the UHGG collection. Are there recommended diet media files or exchange metabolite sets compatible with UHGG models? f not, is there a preferred way to map the AGORA (from VMH diets) to UHGG metabolite IDs?
