How to allow access to specific website/ private container registry access from Base/ restricted workspace

Description

In my Azure TRE deployment I am trying to push docker container image to private container registry but cannot connect due to network connectivity to container registry from Data Science VM 2019.

Steps

The steps I have tried are:

1. docker login from TRE VM

My approach to this would be adding the firewall rule to your template in the template_schema.json as per
