Hello, thank you for your related work. I have a question regarding the training data from the LIDC-IDRI dataset. The image is named LIDC-IDRI-0114_120_85_CT_lung, where 85 indicates the slice number. What does 120 represent?

LIDC-IDRI-0114_120 is the file name for the volume. It refers to the scan ID as defined in the original dataset.

Absolutely. As long as the modality, site and object type are specified correctly the filename doesn't really matter. There are different ways to convert dicom images. I used the pylidc library to do the conversion for LIDC.
