No OpenCV library in binder.org #29
Description
When I open this notebook in mybinder.org using the link on the ReadMe page: https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/microsoft/Cognitive-Vision-Python/master?filepath=Jupyter%20Notebook/Handwriting%20OCR%20API%20Example.ipynb
It gets an error when I run the first set of python statements saying that it can't find the opencv library.
