Object reference not set or Database menu not functional

Got the latest version, running it as admin, but somehow its not functional. The query button is greyed out.

Yikes, that looks bad. I tried the following: Go to the github site, open the Actions tab to get to the workflows that build the executables. Choose the Build.Explorer.netcore workflow. Then choose the latest run (at the time of writing this is #131, commit 7b9d4bf) and click on it. This will bring you to the details of the run and near the bottom you will find a pane called "Artifacts". There is a strange box-like icon. Pressing it will download the latest build as a zip file. Take the executable (everything is in ONE executable in NET Core, beautiful) and put it somewhere on your box. Click it and try if you can repro. I could not. For me it seems to work fine.

Note: Even though I have not cleaned up well, only the NET Core versions are supported. I will make a note of this in the readme file.
