Does it not support the RTX 50 series?

I found this section in the help documentation：The CUDA Execution Provider uses NVIDIA CUDA for acceleration on NVIDIA GPUs. It requires an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series or higher, and the recommended minimum driver version is 32.0.15.5585 and CUDA version 12.5.

I tried several different versions of the CUDA toolkit (13.1/12.9.1/12.8.0), but none of them worked.

The results returned by the foundry model list command only show generic-gpu, not cuda-gpu or trtrtx-gpu.

It appears my GPU is not being recognized as a availabe CUDA device.

Is this the reason?
Skipping EP autoregistration check on unsupported Windows build 22631. Minimum supported build is 26100.
Build 26100 means Windows 11 24H2,is it really necessary.
What I'm trying to say is that a lot of times these are just conservative limits.

Is there a way to register EP manually?
