[Bug]: Opening an existing review always regenerates the result based on current solution state

Describe the bug
When I open an existing review the tool generates the results based on current solution state. This means it does not matter which review you open you will always get the current result. So it is impossible to review results of an older solution state,

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Review Tool
2. Create a review
3. Open the review evaluate results and perform some changes on an app or cloud flow.
4. Reopen the Review Tool and reopen the review you created before.
5. Result is regenerated.
6. Evaluate the result based on the changes you did for the app or flow. You will see that the result has changed according to your changes.

Expected behavior
When I open a review I expect to see the results from the point in time the review was created. When I want to see updated results I need to create a new review.
