The Dataverse Accelerator application is currently not functioning as expected. When opening the Plugins page, the screen remains blank with no visible error messages or codes.
This issue has been reproduced across multiple users, browsers, and tenants, and appears to occur only in newly created environments or those where Dataverse Accelerator has just been installed for the first time.
Impact:
- Affects all users in impacted environments.
- Occurs consistently across all browsers (Edge, Chrome, etc.).
- Prevents access to plugin management features provided by the Dataverse Accelerator app.
Environments Affected:
- Multiple tenants
- Newly provisioned Dataverse environments
- Environments with a fresh Dataverse Accelerator installation
Expected Behavior:
The Plugins page should load correctly and display plugin assemblies and steps without returning a blank screen.
