Describe the issue

We need information of all flows and Apps in our environment, We have COE but we can't see the complete information that we can extract and review
we are working on retrieving all data for Apps and Flows. Specifically, we need details on:
• Flows: Last run information
• Apps: Last accessed or last launched details

We attempted the following steps:

1. Connected to PowerApps PowerShell to retrieve flow run data but were unable to obtain last run details for all flows.
2. Logged into the CoE environment using a service account with Power Platform admin access and ownership of the relevant flows and apps. However, the last run data for flows and Apps last accessed was still not visible .

Please review the steps above and let us know if we have missed anything or if there are additional actions required.

3. In the CoE environment, we checked Flow Admin | Sync Template V3 (Flow Action Details) andlow Admin | Sync Template V4 , It was already running,

4. Then, we clicked on PowerApps in the CoE environment, navigated to Tables, and checked for the admin flow. However, we could not see any flow run details there.

5. Similarly, for Apps, we checked PowerApps – Admin_app but could not find any information on when the app was last launched.
