We’re using app registrations in our COE Starter Kit, with the secrets stored in Azure Key Vault and linked through environment variables in our COE flows. Our organization is now moving to Workload Identity Federation for Power Platform app registrations. Because our setup currently depends on Key Vault, we need to understand how this change will affect our COE flows and what updates we should plan for once Workload Identity Federation is enabled.

We use three app registrations in power platform for coe toolkit:

1. ALM Accelerator
2. Microsoft Graph
3. Office 365 Management API

These rely on environment variables like:
• Command Center – Client Azure Secret
• Audit Logs – Client Azure Secret

Could you please guide us on the expected impact and what steps we should take to keep everything working smoothly?
