[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Data Export Feature Greyed Out

Describe the issue

Cannot choose the data export option in the CoE. The option is greyed out. I have met all pre reqs. The message on the screen from the CoE released 2 days ago: Today inventory is only available using cloud flows that crawl your tenant to store inventory in Dataverse. A new version of the kit which integrates with Data Export V2 will be available ~Fall 2024

Expected Behavior

I expect that the Data export option should match the one shown in the Microsoft learn page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/setup-core-components#choose-data-source

Root Cause:
You're experiencing a known limitation with CoE Starter Kit version 4.5.7. The Data Export V2 option is greyed out because:
The current version still uses the legacy inventory method (cloud flows that crawl your tenant)
The message you're seeing indicates that Data Export V2 integration was planned for "~Fall 2024" but hasn't been released yet
The Microsoft Learn documentation may be showing documentation for a newer version or a feature that's still in development

Recommended Solutions:
Option 1: Use the Current Cloud Flow Method (Immediate)
Since Data Export V2 isn't available in version 4.5.7, proceed with the cloud flow inventory method:
Continue with the setup using the traditional cloud flows that crawl your tenant
This is the only supported method for version 4.5.7
While not as efficient as Data Export V2, it will still provide the inventory functionality you need

Option 2: Check for Newer Version
Verify if there's a newer version than 4.5.7 available that includes Data Export V2 support
Review the latest release notes to see if this feature has been added

Documentation Mismatch:
The discrepancy between the Microsoft Learn documentation and the actual CoE Starter Kit behavior suggests:
The documentation may have been updated preemptively for an upcoming release
Consider opening a separate issue about the documentation being out of sync with the released version
