JupyterLab 2.2.0 not supported

My JupyterLab is version 2.2.0, the latest one.

I run the command

jupyter labextension install nbgather

The error looks like

An error occured.
ValueError: The extension "nbgather" does not yet support the current version of JupyterLab.

Any solution so far?
I have used it quite often, but since the update I haven't found any solution or something comparable.
