Anonymous/guest user edits/updates are not syncing correctly in Teams.

We’ve built a custom Teams meeting extension app that uses the Live Share SDK to display a shared editor in the meeting stage area. This allows all participants to collaboratively edit content, with changes syncing across everyone’s screens.

However, a couple of days ago, I noticed an issue: when a guest/anonymous user makes an edit, the changes don’t appear on other participants’ screens. Similarly, updates made by logged-in users don’t reflect for the guest user. This was working fine earlier, and the issue only started recently.

We're seeing the same issue with our existing app. Guest users worked a couple of months ago. We're using the @microsoft/live-share-react library and we see this error:

LiveShareProvider: An unknown error occurred while joining container.

And we see the same 30104 and 30110 error codes in the dev tools.

@huntj88 was able to track down the issue, which should deploy in our next service release. Because it's a service issue, no SDK update is needed. Thanks for your patience!
