We're specifying latest for the custom azure powershell version in yaml, but this is only picking the latest version available on the agent, not the latest downloadable version.

      inputs:
        ...
        azurePowerShellVersion: LatestVersion
        pwsh: true

We'd need the agent to come with a newer version, or we can start pinning to a version in variables/global.yml
