bump, getting the same issue

edit: I feel a little silly, but at least in my case after reviewing the output tab in visual studio it made the issue a little more clear and was able to resolve it. Seems this error is just generic. In my case I needed to create a provisioning profile for my dev builds, can't use a wildcard app Id anymore with iOS SDK 10.2.
