I know that there's a
Failed to post status to GitHub for repository microsoft/winget-pkgs with error: "Validation Failed"
error on pipeline page, which might be the cause of the "Internal-Error-Dynamic-Scan" sign on PR #323149.
But I couldn't find useful debug information.

Other PRs (0.11.42-0.11.45)seem to have the same problem(bot will add and remove the error badge over and over again), and the oldest one(0.11.42) has been left unattended for 5 days. I'm sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused since we're developing at a fast pace. Please tell me what I should do, should I close older PRs and leave only the newest one?

Hopefully our package can be approved sooner :-)
