Improve translation dropdown: show different icons for contexts with/without translations

Currently, in the resource edit page, the Babel translation dropdown does not clearly indicate which contexts already have a translation and which do not. The only way to see it is by hovering over each context individually, which is not very user-friendly.

Proposed improvement:
Add different icons (or visual markers) for contexts depending on whether a translation exists or not.

Benefits:

• Immediately see which translations exist without hovering
• Saves time when managing multi-language resources
• Improves overall UX of the Babel translation interface
